All prices are subject to change without notice. - PAYMENT TERMS:
We offer a secure and convenient environment that allows for online purchases 24 hours a day with real-time order and credit card processing. We accept all major credit cards. - SHIPPING:
Toners and Inkjet cartridges for copiers, printers and fax machines are usually shipped for next day delivery without additional shipping charges, depending on location and availability of product. Orders are accepted and shipped within the Continental US. - DAMAGED GOODS AND SHORTAGES:
All claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported directly to the Freight Carrier within 5 working days. Any claims for shortages must be made within 5 working days to our Customer Service Department. - RETURNS:
Returned merchandise will be replaced or your account will be credited. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. All returns must be sent freight pre-paid. To receive an RMA number, contact Customer Service at returns@PricelineUSA.com with the original invoice number, invoice date and a description of the problem. Merchandise not originally purchased from PricelineUSA.com will not receive credit. A 20% restock charge will be applied if a product is returned due to customer error. All product that is returned as defective will be inspected. If the product is not found to be defective, a 20% restock fee will be applied. | |
